Lionel Weets stays true to his driving, rhythmic forces on the EP’s namesake track ‘Renegade.’ ‘True Dancers’ combines dance floor centric drums with a whispy synth pattern ensuring the track will be a peak hour burner. ‘Solar Exploration’ mixes tribal drum elements with ethereal, space-inspired rhythms that provide a driving, yet come down nature to the EP’s closing track.
